Can one re-enter the country within a few months on visitors visa?

My mom has a 10 yrs multiple visa. She entered USA in Dec 2013 and exited April end 2014. Can she reenter the country again in June-July ( within a a few months of she leaving? ) or there has to be a 6 months gap?

there is no official time interval but having spent 4 months in US she should not return for another 7-8 months. unless she has a genuine reason like
a medical or other emergency.

If she comes back in june july, they will send her to secondary inspection with hours of interrogation with an uncertain outcome.
