Spouse accompanying me on my business visit

Need advise on the B2 visitor visa. I have a B1 and have been to the US a couple of times. Now, for some work, I will be in the US for 3 months. During this time, I would like my wife and kid to join and both of them dont have a visa yet. Need advise on B2 for wife and kid.

Can you please advise what needs to be filled in the Contact information? Should I give the contact details of my company (HR)? We dont have close relatives, what is the best option here? It also needs the phone number.

Please advise.

You should complete the address, phone no. of the hotel/accommodation where your wife, kids will be staying.

About their visa, they will need to take your visa copy to the interview and your income proof and the plan of the trip.

In the form they should mention purpose as "accompanying husband/father for his business visit" and mention husband/father as the person paying for the trip
