mother 10 year multiple entry visa expiring in Sept 2014, visiting in August 2014

Hi mother has 10 year multiple entry visitor visa. She visited twice on this visa. The visa is expring on end of Sept 2014. She wanted to travel on August 2014. I have a question , is she allowed to enter in US as long as visa is valid or she needs to for the interview as the visa is expiring in 1 month.

But this visit could impact her future visa application if her last visit was recent.
