Hi everyone
I am a US citizen since 2009. I came here on B1/ B2 in 2001. I filed a petition for my brother in 2011 under F4. My sister in law sister also live here in USA. They sponsored her trip in 2013. I have no idea what they fill in DS -160. She did not get the visa.
Now I want them my brother, two kids boy 13 and girl 17 and SILti visit us.
What precautions should I take.
They can self fund the trip. They have good bank balance. He own a retail shop.
I can fund the trip to with all the proofs.
What are there chances of approval.

Only my sister in law applied. On books roughly 3 lacs. He has one property in his name worth roughly 2 crore. And then we have one family home in all the siblings name. And another house worth 70 lacs.

for self funding , one needs to have good income,( not just property or bank balance) and 3L /yr is very low.

They always ask about income and it is also important as a financial tie to India as well.

You can sponsor but a pending F4 can become a negative thing as well.

No harm in trying once, some officers do ask about property and it can work.

Also, duration of stay mentioned should be precise, not too long like 5-6 m onths and matching kids' vacation.

after 17 months of re application they won't ask that question. They ask that when people apply quickly like a few weeks after a denial.
