We had applied visit visa along with family with two kids, after administrative processing we all granted visa stamped on passport with B1/B2 visa for 5 years but since we get our visa late unable to travel in last year and now I want to travel alone without my family members ... My question is can I travel alone or there will be question at POE to USA

If there is no note ( annotation) on your visa, then you can travel alone, no problems.

At port of entry they will ask you the purpose and duration. both should be correctly mentioned. for example visiting relatives for 3 weeks.

yes, you can travel alone. Sometimes they put an annotation restricting the use of the visa to limited situations which is not there in your case.
Now you have a 5 yr visa, it becomes a general purpose tourist/business visa .

To visit Canada, you need a visitor visa for Canada.

yes, you can go to canada by road if you have the canada visitor visa. I recommend you apply for canada visitor visa before leaving for US as
it gets difficult to get it from US for non-US residents.

Also,returning from canada, you will be readmitted to US for the remaining original stay provided you spend less than 30 days in canada.

For example, if you were granted 6 months entering US from home country, and you left for canada on the first day of 4 th month and returned on the 30th day
of 4th month , you will be readmitted to US for the remaining 2 months of your original stay.

If you stay more than 30 days in canada,or you return after the expiry of your original stay, your visit to US will considered a new visit and may or may not be granted on your existing visa.
