3rd question on I-134

Hi,
First of all I would like to thanks ImmiHelp for all the support and information they provide.
My Question is I am filling I-134 for my parents and sister, I understand that
information provided at https://www.immihelp.com/form-i-134-...visitors-visa/ says that I should create 2 seperate forms for parents wherein writing fathers name in one and and mothers name as accompany and similarly for 2nd form. But where should I put sister name? Also if I create a seperate I-134 for sister then where should I write my parents name as accompany in that form.
Hope I explained the question correctly.

If your sister is 21 and above,

1. Father: Put mother's name
2. Mother: Put father's name
3. Sister: Nobody's name.

If your sister is below 21,
1. Father: Put mother's and sister's name
2. Mother: Put father's and sister's name
3. Sister: Nobody's name.

I was planning to send papers for my sister. My parents have a 10 yr visa.
Are your parents and sister applying for visa in Mumbai? How old is your sister? And it would be great if you could provide some details about her, it might help me better understand how to proceed so that she gets the visa.

Any help will be appreciated.
