Mahesh - Let's face it, your family was denied visa in January because they did not mention your name in the DS-160 which is extremely surprising and would have rightly raised suspicions in mind of the Visa officer.

Is'nt it surprising that during the interview your parents mentioned that they were travelling to the US for tourism & to meet your cousin but not you?

Their income of 50 lacs per annum was good enough to sponsor themselves and your brother so even if he is just a pass out and young, it would not have called for a denial.

Now coming to the current travel plan, you need to gauge if this travel is a must. If you can skip it then let them apply again with you after a year or two coz immediate application may raise suspicions of immigration.

Having said that if current travel is a must then let them honestly mention your details in point of contact and if asked about last time they can say that the main reason for travel in January was to meet your cousin you had delivered a baby and that's why their contact was mentioned in the form.

There is always a 50:50 chance of getting a US visa. If you break 50% chance of failure then there 2 reasons
25% - Information mentioned in DS-160 and documents if asked for
25% - Answers to questions asked by visa officer

Unfortunately in the previous attempt, there were some gaps in both these 25% which led to their denial
