Interview English Or Hindi?

Hi,


I want to invite my parents and sister to US. My father and sister can communicate well in English but my mother can speak in Hindi.
My question is which consulate window shall I send them
1) All of them to go to English consulate (if they will allow Father to interpret for Mother answers if they ask her any)
2) All of them to go to Hindi consulate
3) Father and sister to English and Mother to Hindi
