question on DS-156 column 37

What should we fill if the parents have 2 daughters in US. I have added one daughters status but how should we specify that 2 children are there in US since there is no option to state multiple persons in this column.

Please let me know soo as my parents appointment is day after tomorrow.

No need to state other daughter unless asked during interview.
Having two daughters in US and none in home country may lead to visa refusal.
