Visitor Visa -own house in US in I-134

For Visitor Visa- Does it help to show that the sponser owns a home in US and pays mortagage?

I do own a home and Iam just wondering how it effects the Visa prospects. Would it be percieved as negative or positive?

Should I mention this in I-134 form under the property section.
Please advice. Iam not sure about what is best to do.

There is no positive or negative about it.

Mention it in the properties owned, along with its mortgage amount as well.
