Need help: Birth certificate and marraige certificate for Visitors?

Hi all,

My in-laws have an appointment on Dec 6th for visitor visa. I have following questions.

1.If they(visitor's) need to carry thier Birthcertificate and marraige certificates.
2. My in-laws have one working unmarried daughter in India, if we want to highlight that what should be needed to show.
3.Should Properties documemts be affidivited by only CA's or they affidivited by local municipal offices(for house and lands). Whay abt jewelery? does it come under property?
4. My in-laws have two kids in US and two kids in India and my father-in-law is a retired buisness man. what are the chances for getting visa.
