Hi
I'm Randhir from India.
I want to visit USA

There I have a friend to whom I met on Internet.
Can she sponsor me for my visit.

I am student here
my dad is govt employees here.

you won't get the visa if you will declare that the purpose is to meet her.
and if she sponsors you.

Because then they will think you won't return.

As a student the only way you can get a visitor visa is if you can show your parents have very strong income
and you are going for a tour to US with friends or relatives( not alone). Also you will have to show prior travel to other countries.
