us visit visa refused

Kindly help.
Day before yesterday my us visit visa application refused. I had applied with my wife and three kids. Previously I have visited UK thrice and uae several times alone and twice with my family.
In ds160 form I mention agricultural business and monthly income PKR 350000.
Purpose of visit was pleasure trip and visiting my uncle living in Ohio.
Visa officer asked me few questions regarding my agricultural business and my duties which probably I could not explain properly. Secondly I verbally mention an other business I am doing of herbal medicines which I think visa officer did not hear.
She also asked about my previous travelling which I told her properly.
She refused visa with no reason by saying" sorry we can't give you visa US laws are very strict "
Kindly guide me I want to reapply?
Should I mention herbal medicines business as well and can I mention PKR 150000 more in my income from herbal medicines business.

you should stick with the occupation and income you mentioned last time.

A new occupation and a different income so suddenly will raise questions.

I mentioned 3 weeks of stay.
In fact I was confused when she asked about my duties in agriculture. I said that I have workers who look after my land I just supervise.

really I cannot figure out why you were denied. Is PKR , pakistan rupee and is 350000 considered good income there?

Yes PKR is pakistani rupee and 350000 is considered very good income.
Kindly keep in mind that other than ds160 I attached a covering letter in which I mention Herbal Products Business as second business.

Interview details are as under.
When we entered in embassy they issue a token on that counter officer asked me what is your business I said " Herbal products Business"
He asked to my wife" do you have relatives in US" she said no. (By mistake I mention in her ds160 form yes she have relatives same of my relatives).
On interview counter.
Visa Officer:good morning sir.
Me: good morning madaaam.
Visa officer. Why you are going to Us.
Me. For pleasure trip.
Visa officer. What do you do?
Me. I am an agriculturalist.
Visa officer. How many Acres do you own.
Me. 63 Acres.
Visa officer. Have you visited any country before.
Me. yes, UK and Uae.
Visa officer. And your family.
Me. Yes, Uae.
Visa officer. What is your relationship to the person you are suppose to stay in US.
Me. My father's cousin (I should say uncle)
She said wait and she discussed few minutes with another old lady sitting behind her, then she entered something in computer and finally said" sorry sir we cannot give you visa US laws are very strict."

Kindly guide me I want to reapply immediately. If I correct all my mistakes is there any chance to get visa. Infact now a days my kids have school holidays and we want to avail this opportunity.

I wrote that I'll pay for the trip.
So, should I reapply or not?
I have other relatives( my cousin with family) there which I didn't mention last time. Can I mention now? Or if I book some tourist package?

Really, in my opinion, you should wait several months before reapplying. Maybe next time kids have vacation like in winter.
Because the first thing they will ask you if you apply so soon, is what has changed from the last application. And if you will say
nothing, they can deny again.
Next time, apply with the purpose of visiting close relatives like first cousin; not distant relatives like father's cousin.
