Hi... I am on H1B and my husband is on F1 OPT he is working.

I have sponsoring for my parent in laws visa .
If they are asked why their son is not sponsoring what will be appropriate answer in visa interview. Please help!

what is the difficulty? Just say he is on optional training.

F1 Opt can also sponsor

a person on OPT can also sponsor his parents, usually OPT people make more money than H1 since they have tax exempt.
ans yes as peace 999 says .. even if you sponsor and parents are asked they can also say that is on OPT !
