my mom not understand docs??

my mom is not that educated, i have fixed interview in tamil, any how she will not know much about docments detaisl she will carry....we are planning to arrange it in separate file with check list etc.... can she handover file and will they check it out since if they ask each document by name she will not undrstand much???? or is there any way to help her out................, knily cler me

Yes, I would recommend you clearly mark the documentation you send (e.g. Sponsor documents, invitation letter, application forms, appointment letter etc.). Good luck!

For each document, you write down with post-it sticky in Tamil in the simple langauge that she will understand. And whenever any document is asked for, she should give just that document.

She can't be giving whole file to the officer.
