proving strong ties..

Hi,
I am Bangladeshi. My family and I reside in Saudi Arabia for 20+ years. Recently my dad is planning to apply for US tourist visa from Saudi Arab for all of us. Now I want to know, how can he proof that he has strong ties over here other then his employer letter and bank balance? Is it possible by saying that his younger son's O-Level exam is just next session i.e. 2014-15? Or that his younger brother works under same company, if he does not return then his brother will be in trouble?

all those reasons they won't give a chance to explain.
Because they determine ties to S. Arabia on the basis of strength of job and income and family .
And also important is purpose of trip and relatives in US.

Please post the purpose, if any relatives in US on what visas.
