Likelihood for getting a US visa (Single, Working on a Start-Up)

I have a visa appointment scheduled next week and this is my case

- I am single and running a small software start-up

- Parents already have their visa valid for 10 years

- My total bank balance (personal + firm's) is not more than $20,000

- Want to visit my sister for a short period (2 - 3 weeks)

I am really confused if I should be giving it a shot or should I cancel this appointment.
Also, If I do get through, do I get a visa for a month or two or is there a possibility that I get a 10 year visa as well ?

you have not mentioned turnover and income as they will be a deciding factor.
Also what visa is your sister on/ Dependent is not a visa .
