my wife (not working) is on ead and wants to sponsor her sister for visitor visa

i m filling out form i-134 and have a little confusion for sponsor's section.
question is: should i provide my wife's details (who is on EAD and not working) ? as I read somewhere there direct relationship weighs more compared to in-law relationship
OR
should i provide my details (i am also on EAD but working)

we do have a joint bank account so is it fine to provide money details if i provide my wife's detail in sponsor section ?

pls any help will be greatly appreciated.

Since your wife is not working, she is already a dependent on you. also since she does not have an income she is not an ideal sponsor.
your sponsorship will have more weight in this case.

Sponsoring an in-law is in no way "weaker" than by a blood relative, since USCIS is more concerned about the financial background of the sponsor so that the alien visitor does not become a public charge in any way here.
