I don't have relatives in Hyderabad.
I have completed my graduation.
And I have my own business.
And my nationality is Indian.

if you go as a visitor , you can't stay there permanently.

To stay permanently , one can find a job in US and the employer can file for a green card, but it requires a long wait of many years.

Quick ways are to get married to a US citizen ( you have not mentioned your marital status)
or
If you have a business in India, then you can open a branch of your business in US and after one year of running the business in US,
you can file for green card under EB-1 category.
This requires a lot of planning and the help of a very good attorney.
