What about your father in law?
What does your mother in law do? Does she have a good bank balance?
    Did you send an I-134?

You will have to take another appointment.

Yes, You need to take new appointment with new system called VFS.

I read some experiences where family has 6 acres and they got the visa.
Make sure you FIL carries Notarized and CA cerified property documents next time along with affidavit saying he will come back.

One more suggestion: Open bank account, do some deposits around 1-2 lacks.
For the next interview carry bank statements for 3 months.

If your FIL got 214B, then Officer might ask your FIL what is new compare to last interview??

I also recommend having itenary along with all above.

Then your FIL must show all of the above documents.

        Good luck.

As i told you that property was one question and also they asked about my wife who is only daughter to her parents ?

Infact my MIL had taken notorized copy of the property document , but still i don't see any reason why they told its not enough ?

If they go next time with the more supported documents related to the property , What's the guarantee that they will not ask again about one child

            dolphin24,

Officer may ask same question(one daughter), but some one child parents also getting visitor visa.

There is no rule that one child parent supposed to get rejection.

Think positively and prepare your in-laws.

            Good luck.
