  • Staying in the US for 91 days

Hi I'm new here so go easy

I'm from the UK and looking to book flights to the US for the maximum 90 days as per my Visa. From the looks of scouring the other threads leaving on the 91st day is a no go and not worth running the risk with immigration. I am however looking for alternative ways of getting round that. Whether it be, get a different visa or leave the country then enter again. I don't want to go home earlier or pay for a more expensive flight.

    Any suggestions? Thanks!

your post is not very clear.

you mean to say the reason why you wish to stay more than 90 days is a cheaper flight?

If you are entering the U.S. with a visa waiver (citizen of UK), you must not overstay the allowable visa waiver time.

If, however, you have a B1/B2 visitor visa, you can apply for an extension soon after you arrive, with a good chance of an extension being granted (using form I-539).
