        Omer,

That depends on how well you present yourself at the Consulate interview. The interviewer will need to be convinced that you are applying for the visa for visiting the U.S. and that you fully intend to return to your country (of origin or residence). Nobody here can tell you what to expect, based on the information you have provided.

*do you have any relatives in US? on what visas?
*are you visiting US for pure tourism? for how long? Going via a package tour or on your own?
*Is your income very good ( they look at income more than the bank account)
*have you been denied a US visa before?

reason for rejection of france visa?

Also your brother being there can impact your visa decision. On what visa did he go there? and now what is his visa status?

reason for france rejection was. my family just came from pakistan to uae and i applied for visit visa of france. so embassy said your family is just here for less than 3 months.

brother is still as you can say illegal. but i will not show on application that he is living there.

In my opinion, you should have a travel history to other countries ( take ur family to singapore, europe etc.).
because you will be applying for US as a pure tourist.
