Pregnant & Inviting Parents

I am expecting a baby in end Feb/Early Mar & my parents have appointment for Nov 22nd at Delhi. Should they SAY that I am pregnant? Doesn't that weaken their case? My dad's a doctor, retired from Army and mom's a housewife. They have no child left to marry in India and no parent alive.
They WILL go back after about 4 months (And I'll probably go back with them too) but how can we make their case strong?

First off congratulations. I am a new dad myself with a 2 month old.

Never say that you are carrying. It does not help the case.
Properties may help make the case stronger. May be make a case that your father want to vist US before he opens his own hospital( Get some proposal documents).
