    Name too long - Filling I 134

    Hi
    I am trying to fill I 134 and my mother in laws name is too long and doesn't fit in the field provided. Is it OK to have the incomplete name in the field.
    The last name has two names and its not appearing completely.
    Any help in this regard is appreciated
