B1 Visa w/ Annotation

Hi Guys,

I just had my US B1 Visa multiple entry valid for 1 year, but it has annotation "To Guam Visiting Company A on behalf of my Company"

my question is can is still use the same visa to travel to other US destination but not on Company A on Guam?

No, then there won't be any meaning for the annotation.

I guess you'd need to apply for another visa if you want to travel elsewhere
in US.
