Russian female 45yr old had 2 year multiple entry Tourist Visa which is ending in 1 month. Last visit she was here for 5 and half months. She thinks to go back and reapply again after one month. Can she apply and what are the chances that she will get it again for 2 years?

1. She got 2 year multiple entry visa but left to USA first time after a year . She came here 3 times (6 weeks first time) (2nd time 11 weeks) (3rd time 5 and a half months) Reason was traveling.
2. She was an owner of few businesses which she closed and last 3 years she works as a freelancer(self-employed business analytic) She has few awards as a top manager of Russia and has masters degree, she divorced 3 ears ago doughter 18 son 25 , income 30k year,

4.She has no relatives here.

If she goes back how you think with this situation Russia vs USA plus that she was here last time for 6 months, is there chances getting another 2yr visa?

she spent 9 months in US total on a 2 year visa. and she went 3 times.

that is a lot. If she was just travelling, how did she spend so much time?

she must have been staying with someone.

I think she should wait at least a year before applying again.
