URGENT - Medical treatment on an existing B1/B2 visa?

Hi,

My uncle has an existing B1/B2 visa. Unfortunately he has recently had a botched up spine operation in India due to which he is immense pain and needs to travel to the US immediately to have an operation. Will the existing Visa plus the additional Medical treatment requirements as given on https://www.immihelp.com/visitor-vis...atment-in-usa/ suffice?

Or, will he need to apply for a new visa with the additional medical requirements?

He is 70 years old, has ample funds to cover his expenses and is well travelled.

NEED AN URGENT RESPONSE ON THIS, PLEASE.

Using a visitor visa for medical treatment is fine, because you aren't there to earn money or apply for work or a work or residence visa.
