In-laws granted visa @ chennai

My in-laws were granted visa this morning @ Chennai consualte. They had a telugu translator. The consular officer did not look at any of the documents except for the application and passport. I will post more info as I find out...

I am also planning to get my in-laws, they have an interview next month. Age of my in-laws FIL-62, MIL-56 do they need to file DS 157 ?

1) Do I need to send a separate affidavit of support/DS 156 for each of my in-laws.
2) I have booked through TTS, how many bank draft they needed ?

If you can please share the list of document you sent to your in-laws and the type of questions asked, that will be highly appreciated.

I dont think they have to fill DS 157 if they have an appointment at Chennai consulate.

IF you are sponsoring your in-laws visa, make sure that you will include your spouse's passport copies along with other docs.
