I am planning to get my in-laws, they have an interview next month @kolkata consulate. I badly need them here and trying to minimize the rejection chances.
GURUS.... I NEED HELP.....
1) Do I need to send a separate I-134/DS-156 for each of my in-laws.
2) I have booked through TTS, how many bank draft they needed ?
3) Age of my in-laws FIL-62, MIL-56 do they need to file DS 157 ?
4) They have one daughter in India, will that be enough to show family ties in India.
5) They do not own a house, will that be any problem.
6) FIL retired couple of years back, and MIL is housewife. Staying in a rented house. There is a case going on between landlord and the tenant do they need to produce any document for court to make the case stronger to retrun back to India.
7) Do I need to send original copies of my pay slip, W2, Bank Statements, Tax returns
8) When can I send this documents to them ? Say if they have an interview in the 4th week of Dec 2005
9) What all things they need to carry for the interview.
Thanks in advance
