Dear All

I am planning to apply for B2 Tourist visa at london.
Let me go through my profilr

I am an Indian ,got married&my wife is in India.
I am working for an UK company.I have joined this company a month ago.
Now i have put up in UK on Business visa to attend client meetings.
I have my sister in USA along with her family.Both my sister and my Brother-in-law hold H1B visa and their son is a US citizen
as i am at abroad(UK) now,I am planning to visit US and her family.

Here are my questions:

1.Can i put my sister as sponsor for me?(documents available)
2.If i put myself as sponsor,whats the amount in USD that i should show to them through Bank statements?
3.so,which is the best option on filling the sponsorship?
4.My wife is having 20 days old son,so she cannot accompany with me?(would it be a valid reason)
5.Finally,what are chance of getting my VISA approved?

are you in UK temporarily on a business visa for meetings only?

If yes, applying in UK is a big mistake. THey will deny you and tell you to apply in India.

One should apply where one has residential ties ( job, home, family).

I am planning to travel to US from UK.

You have not understood me.
You will be denied 100% if you apply for a US visitor visa while visiting UK.


In your case you should apply in India with your family .
Because your purpose is to visit relatives , you should go with your wife and kid. If they cannot go wait till they can go.
