Can we search the stauts of a Extension Visa

Hello, please help me

Need to spnsor my mother and wanted to know is there possibility to search her last time's extension on INS web site, she was extended for 1 year last and it was approved, however we don't have that approved informtion, guess it is misplaced or something like that... we do have the SRC-xx-xxx-xxxxx number so can we search this and get the information. Also is this information really needed to get the Visa?

Yes we can search the status of extension Visa

We were doing some searches on the internet and finally we were able to get the status, need to got to this site and put your SRC number without any dashes and you should be able to see the status. Hope this helps.
