Hi,

I came to US on Business visa from my company. My husband want to visit me . So thought of taking a visitor visa for him . But the problem is in our marriage certificate and his passport have different names .ie in his passport it is Pradeep Kumar Nair and in marriage certificate it is Pradeep Kumar.Is that going to create any issue when we go for visitor visa interview or during the travel to Us after getting visa?

In my experience any discrepancies in official documents are not viewed favorably by the US consular posts. See if you can get the marriage certificate reissued to match the name on your husbands passport.
