Boyfriends has NO property or asset to show on his name for B2 Visa HEELPPPP!!!

I am F-1 Student and currently on my OPT. My F-1 visa has expired and I will apply for my H-1B in april 2015. Hence, I cannot leave the states.

My boyfriend wants to visit me with his mom to fix our marriage, since his parents haven’t met me. If things go well then I will move back to India.

However, my boyfriend has NO asset or property under his name in India. His mother’s brother grave is in NYC and his far away cousins live here. Also, his mother had 10yr USA visa and she came here once few years ago. He got his MBA degree from Singapore and is working with his dad. He has also travelled to 5 countries in last 5 years.

I am afraid if he will get his visa or not. Please can you help me what documents to submit and what should we state the purpose as?

if he shows the purpose as coming to visit you , he is not likely to get the visa.
if he comes to US in relation to his business ( conference, seminar, meeting business clients ) showing his own funding ( income from business)
and showing strong business turnover , chances would be good.
Or he can come to visit US with his parents as a tourist for 2-3 weeks.

Property, assets are not that important but stable business and good income are.

He works with his father and their business is very strong in India. The only problem is, Just that my boyfriend is single and all the income and business is on fathers name.. We can tell the VO that he works with his dad, but we have no proof.

Also, my real mother is US citizen. I am on EAD. My mother and his mother are far away cousins. Can my mother send an invitation letter?

An invite from a cousin is ok for your mom but visa officer will suspect why he is going with his mother without any special event.
Being young and single , he will be suspect as a potential immigrant. But that will always be the case even when he applies as a pure tourist.

HE can try that way .
Sometimes people get lucky when their financial background is good. But he must show personal income. If his dad
can pay him salary from now on he can show the salary slip. ANd show funding of the trip by dad.
