hi everyone!
I like to bring my mother here from albania just for visiting usa.i have good job here and my own house.the problem is my status i am refugge politic asylum.so beacause of my status i am not sure if she can get turist visa from american embassy .
so i am thinking maybe her brother can make a invitation for her.he is here lonh time and is green card holder.he is going to have a surgery so he can invite her sister .but he doesn't have very good job,no house,no taxes.and if he invite her does she has to tell them for me or not?can they find out? i am not sure if i explained clearly to you.i hope yes.i will appreciate your help!

If your mother has good financial status , she can show the officer
at the embassy that she is spending her own money to meet her ill
brother in the US. Then her brother need not send her any tax or bank
papers. He can send her an invitation letter in that case.
She will have to tell about you on the DS-156 form, she cannot hide it.
