regarding DS 160 form signature.

I am in US and I am currently filing the application form for visitor visa for my nephew - who is 15 years of age.
in the signature section, they have mentioned that parents/guardians/other legal guardians should sign the application on behalf of children, who are below 16.

In this case, i can submit the application on my nephew's behalf, right? (I submitted applications for my parents' visa!!!!!)

can you please help me in this query?

to be technically correct, his parents should press the submit button. I think the IP address carries with the application.
