Hello,

I am travelling to the states in a month with my baby daughter she is 10 months. I am travelling from the uk with a visitor's visa and my daughter is travelling with ESTA privileges. If I don't get granted 6 months visiting period upon entry I need to extend my visa for 6 months. My question is, since my daughter is a baby will she be covered by my extension if it is granted or as she has ESTA privileges she can't??

Visa waiver (ESTA) visitors are not allowed to extend their 90 day stay. So, if you want your baby to stay for more than 90 days, you should apply for a visa for her.
But remember if visa is denied she will lose her ESTA privilege as well.
