I'll present the problem and I request a reasonably detailed answer......
1] after october 3, can one not apply in person? Is applying online compulsory?
2] If applying online is compulsory then why are they opening additional Visa application centers??
3] If one has given the passport for renewal, can one apply using the old passport (with the receipt) if it is still valid till the desired stay in the USA?
4] Can interview dates be preponed/posponed online now?
5] If both options - applying online and peronally - are open, is it true that if one applies in person one can get an earlier date?? - as was the case before October 3rd...
