10 Yr Visa - How much time between Trips?

Hi!

My Mother has a 10Yr Visa and she left US in October (a week ago)
Can she come back to the US in Jan/Feb 2006 without any problems at the immigration?

Is there any time limit on how long she should be out of US before she can visit US again?

Tourist visa is for tourism.

If the person tries to spend lot of time in US, the person is not really tourist. Entry can be denied at port of entry for such people.

There is no sipulated time limit but 2 visits should be reasonably spaced
to match the purpose of the visit.
for example, People entering on Business (b1) and staying 7-10 days
enter several times in a year but visitors (b2) staying 6 months each time
should not enter at least for another 6 months.
