B visa info!

i had a quick question!

My father is 64, and i have an appointment scheduled for dec 14th.
but i heard that if u are above 60, u can use the dropbox facility to apply for visa?
if so, can anyone tell me how to go abt this process. or any links with this info would be appretiated..

it was there before, but they dropped that facility.
bcoz they need finger prints of the candidate.
personal appearance is a must.
