    Hello There

Well, I am a Graduate in Hospitality.I have been working in Events Management as a free lancer in delhi, for more than 3 years..and now as my father is retired now, and we are planning to open up my own Event Company in our Hometown, in Next December. Before we start I want to pursue a 3months Programme Events & wedding planning, its a non credit course.

    Necessary information :
    * I am 26 yr Old,Single.
*We are having good property in India.
    * I have visited US in 2008,in Student Exchange Program.
    * we are having a Good family (My two elder Married brothers)in India.
    * I have good cash but not in banks as I have been getting paid in Cash.
    * Presently I am working with an Event Management Company.

    Questions are :

*What Visa I need to apply?
    * What are chances in obtaining a VISA?
    * What my company can help me in this?
    * What do I need to have ?

    Thanks in Advance...!!

One can do some recreational course less than 18 hrs per week when you are visiting US on a B2 visa.

You cannot apply for a B1/B2 visa for the purpose of doing a 3month course, even if it is non-credit.

Look at F visa or M visa options.

M visa; Full time Vocational or nonacademic course . they lead to a certificate and not a degree.

I think yours fits but still make sure with a good attorney.

For requirements go to student visa page on travel.state.gov

if it is just twice a week, then go as a visitor B2. First apply as a visitor going for tourism. Once you are there, you can do this course .

But for tourist visa, you need to have documented income not just cash. Because you are single, it will be more difficult to get a visitor visa.

do you have any relatives in US and on what visas?

See, tourist visa is difficult to get for young single people like you. Because they think you won't return. so, you have to show very good income as tax returns
                    and travel with parents.

they will just want to see what you do and your income on the form. no other questions.
If you will apply alone with no papers you will be denied visitor visa 100%.

1.Wait till you have good income on tax returns like 10 lacs per year
2.your name is registered with the business
3.then apply with your parents to go visit your uncle on your own funds ( or parents' funds)
no sponsorship . only invitation from uncle.
