Applying Visitor Visa for my In-Laws

My H1B Visa is getting expired on 30 Sep 2014. I have my petition for extension filed on May 22 2014. In this stage, I am sponsoring and applying Visitor for my Father-In-Law and Mother-In-Law. I am very afraid whether there will be any issue.
