I came here as B2 on 25 apr to visit my family , friends for fun ( I am manager in digit ) - and i met a girl ( she is software engg ) who is usc in family function & we fell in love , after range of dating and all decides to get married with her family s permission ,( Simultaneously i left my job in india to stay here ) we married on 1st july and just filing all i 485 & all required petitions on 23july , My autho stay will be completing on 24th oct , I think it may take 4-5 month to get GC , should i left USA when my autho stay complete or i have to stay unauthorised ??

How much time does it take to complete whole procedure , Cause I have to visit my country to complete my exit procedure & other bunch of responsibility!!
When can i go back for 20 days of so.

the best is to wait for your green card. As long as your I-485 is pending, you will be legal even after oct 24.

But if you really have to go then apply for an advance parole( AP) . If you leave just like that your I-485 will be
automatically abandoned.

I forgot to mention that i have filed listed below forms
I130, I131 , I 485 , I693 , I864 Petitioner sponsor & I 864 joint sponsor , I765.

How much approx time does it gonna take as per current volume & speed to Get I485 approval ? Kindly let me know if any body have any exp abt it time line of AOS!!

I-131 is advance parole form.

check processing times according to your service center or which city you filed your forms;
