answer for the purpose of the trip

can we have more than one answer to the question at ds 156 purpose of the trip? like for example we want to put that the purpose is: 1. to visit relatives 2nd is to attend baptismal and last is for tourism, is it just okay or we should concentrate on one purpose only?

You should write only one purpose which is your main purpose.
Even the consular expects one answer during the interview that is your primary purpose.
