What should be best reason for B2 Visa for wife with B1 husband

Hi,
I will be traveling to US in September on B1 and want to apply B2 visa for my wife to accompany me during my visit. My brother is also there in US on H1. So what should be the best reason for my wife for this visa applicaiton
1) Meeting relatives in US
2) Want to accompany husband on B1.
3) Both 1) and 2)

but do not mention him in (neither yours or your wife's form)

1) I need to declare my brother as immediate relative in my wife's form but should not mention this as purpose (meeting him). Is this correct?

2) Who should I put as contact person? I have some friends as well in USA (not in the city i will be visiting). Can I put them as contact?

your bro is YOUR immediate relative not your wife's. Immediate relatives are ( children, parents, bro, sis, spouse).

Your wife will write YES in Other relatives and No under immediate relatives.

For the purpose question; she will write accompanying husband on his business visit. Do not mention about visiting your bro. As the primary purpose is your business visit.

Contact person will be your business contact you are going to visit. Any reachable person in the US company who knows about your visit and who you will be doing
business with. Write address of the company you are visiting.

Just one more things to clear.. I already have B1 visa and these inquiries are for my Wife's visa.. so in my wife's form I should mention my contact person (business associate) and my company. Is this ok?

yes, she should. and when she writes their names and address..she should mention "husband's business contacts"

Also when asked during the interview who those people are she should be able to say.
