my sister went to USA on visit visa to attend a training session at EADS for adult down syndrome. we do not have any training facility at our country for training of adult down syndromes. so she got visa easily. now we want her that after her return she should go for a student visa as special child. can you guide me on down syndrome rules and regulation that how she can apply for I-20 and student visa. if possible do help me because it would certainly count alot.
