Errors while filing DS-156 form (Online)

Hi All,
I have an on-line appoitment for my mother-in law at mumbai consulate but while doing everything in a hurry I have committed couple of mistakes while
filing up the Ds-156 form.

The "place of issue of passport" and "place of birth" are wrong - has put wrong city names there like itarsi instead of Bhopal city.The system does not allow me to change these fields.
Can you pls kindly suggest ?

Same problem for my in-laws

How can we change issue of paasport and expire dates are written wrong ... in online application ? What to do ??

TRY THIS:
click on 'Apply for Non-immigrant visa' on home page.
Click 'Continue'.
Click 'No' for BEP User Id.
Select 'Retrieve/Modify the saved application form'.
I hope you can modify your application.

Thanks for the replies. But 'Retrieve/Modify the saved application form' doesn't let you to modify all fields of the form. The ones I mentioned are disabled (greyed out).
Pls help me ...
