Hi,
My mom is going for the visitor visa interview on Dec. Her name in the passport is Regina Mary, all her bank statements are in the same name. But her land documents has the name Susai Regina Mary. Is that is necessary for her to take a letter from notary saying that both are same or I have to specify the other name in the DS156 form. Or shall I leave the land document as such. Because my father, brother and his family are in India. Moreover my mom is taking care of my brother's kid and her parents. Is that is enough to prove that she will come back.
Is anybody faced the same problem.
Please advice me.
