My mom is willing to travel US and we are two siblings me and my married sister. Younger brother of my mom has sent invitation letter, visa request letter on the name of US consulate, job letter, DL copy and passport copy for reference. But I am the one who is making all arrangements of her travelling including finance, ticket etc. So I have prepared my credibility report accordingly with pay stubs, job letter etc that she will be taking with her. She owns a house where we live and some investment related property that is on installment basis.
MY QUESTION... is the current situation is enough to show strong ties to come back ?
Does she also need family pictures ?
Or anything else if we are missing ?
A common tricky question which is most difficult to answer "Why you want to travel now" ? and "If you are living with your son then who is going to look after him when you will be in US ?" What will be the appropriate answer of this..
1. He is travelling to UAE on official visit that is why I have chosen this period.
2. He is getting married next year that is why I want to trip this year because after he get married I will be more responsible ?
3. Or she postpone her visit till I get married ?
If anything else please let me know
