Hello,

My parents having 10years visa with multiple visits of type B1 and Class B2. there entered US two weeks back. As my father is a businessman he need to go back to india immediately. there didnot visit most of the places.

Can they come back to the US with in two months without any problems at the immigration?

Is there any time limit on how long they should be out of US before they can visit US again?

There is no time limit between two visits set by law. There are people who enter on B1(business), stay a week and return in a month for another
week's stay.In the end, it is entirely at the discretion of the border patrol officer (the inspector at entry) to grant entry.
I guess since their current stay is only 2 weeks they should be
able to reenter if they can give the inspector a good explanation.
