Hello! I already have b2 visa valid for 10 years and entered USA on it last year. Is there aditional documents I have to fill in every next time I enter ? I'm planning trip to New York in 4 weeks and not sure if I should do anything else ?

No nothing to be done at home.
The important thing is what you say at the US airport ; purpose and duration.
If you are traveling for a business purpose carry a paper that attests to that purpose.
If you are traveling for pleasure and meeting relatives, carry contact address of where you will be staying.
